Le principe de la cohabitation intergénérationnelle et solidaire est simple :
Un-e habitant-e met une chambre à disposition d’un-e étudiant-e, stagiaire, salarié-e…
En échange de présence, d'une aide occasionnelle, d'un savoir-faire et éventuellement d'une participation financière.
L’association met en lien et accompagne également les cohabitations :
Rendez-vous de rencontres avant toute présentation,
Mise en relation sans engagement préalable,
Rédaction d'une convention et d'un code de cohabitation accompagné,
Bilans réguliers physiques et/ou téléphoniques.
